What is coaching?

Coaching is a space to think.
It’s about exploring what’s going on beneath the surface, reconnecting with what matters to you, and figuring out what you want next—without being told what to do. Coaching is a collaborative conversation which inspires change through reflection, inquiry and creative process.

Why Me?

I spent years stuck in office jobs, frightened of change and unsure what was making me unhappy. I’ve struggled with confidence, self-esteem, doubt, anxiety and stress. I’ve been there. And I spent even more years diving into self-development and learning about happiness so I could help myself feel better.

Now I bring all of that into my coaching. I love helping people. I love hearing their stories, really listening, and noticing what’s underneath what they’re saying. I bring a warm, positive and curious energy to every session, drawing on my background in self-development, corporate life and performance to offer different prompts and perspectives.

I’m currently training in Transformative Coaching with Animas, one of the UK’s leading coaching schools. And I’ve had coaching myself, so I know how powerful it can be to have space to hear your own thoughts and connect with what really matters to you.

FAQs

  • That’s totally fine. You don’t need to come with a five-year plan. You might just be feeling a bit stuck, a bit off, or a bit curious - and that’s more than enough to begin.

  • Coaching is about helping you explore what feels right for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and help you hear yourself more clearly - but the answers come from you.

  • No. Coaching is future-focused and present-based. We won’t be diving into past trauma, but we might notice how old stories are showing up in your life now.

  • Coaching can look different for different people. We’ll use the Discovery call to discuss what works best for you. Usually I’d recommend 6 sessions so we have the time to work thoroughly through your goal/ topic. Sometimes people prefer to sign up for 3 months of sessions.

  • Whilst I am completing my coaching qualification, all my rates are heavily discounted.

    One off session: £35

    6 session package: £185

    All sessions are 60 minutes.

    These rates will increase from June as I work further through my qualification.

  • Yes, everything you tell me on our calls is confidential. 

    The exception to this is if you disclose illegal activity where my knowledge would make me an accomplice, or you express intention to harm yourself or others, I would discuss this with you first before breaking confidentiality.

  • We’ll meet online - I’ll send you a Zoom link before each session. I am London based so occasionally I can met clients in person - this could be in coffee shops, parks etc.

  • I typically am available from 9:30am - 6pm Mon-Friday with three late evenings and Saturday mornings. This is UK time. 

    If you would like a regular time then we can block book your sessions or you can book them from session to session. You can see my calendar availability here.

  • Yes, it’s a free call I book with all my potential clients so we can talk through what you’d like to cover to ensure the partnership works for both of us. Not every coach is right for every client so if I’m unable to help then I can advise you of other options or coaches.
